We are proud to offer international shipping services that currently operate in over 200 countries and islands worldwide. Nothing means more to us than bringing our customers great value and service. How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping time varies by location. These are our estimates:

Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says "no information available at the moment".
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you have specified combined shipping.

Refunds & returns policy
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- You do not receive them within the guaranteed time (45 days not including 2-5 day processing)
- You receive the wrong item
- You do not want the product you have received (but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused)
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order does not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside our control (e.g. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster)
- Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of embroideryhoopart.com
*You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on page.
If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.

I am a college student and wanted to pick up a new hobby. This was just the thing! This piece took me a day and a half (because I couldn’t put it down!). It was loads of fun and I could take it anywhere. I put it in my backpack and used it as a break between studying. If I didn’t understand a stitch I just watched a quick youtube video and was good to go! Loads of fun!

This is a great kit for a reasonable price! I was looking for something new to do while watching tv or during down time and decided to try embroidery. This kit comes with everything you need and is a quality project. Great for beginners. The written instructions for the stitches is adequate and has pictures but being new to embroidery I needed to see the stitches being done. There are great YouTube videos showing how to do the stitches. I highly recommend this product if you are new to embroidery. They will even make nice wall art.

This was so fun to do. I bought this during quarantine to give myself something to do. It came with some simple instructions, needles, and thread. I watched a lot of YouTube videos whenever I got stuck or didn’t know where to start which it also states on the instructions to do. The pieces are great for beginners because if I can do it anyone can! The thread is cheaper quality but for a beginner project it is fine. Super fun to learn!

Love these kits. I think they are best if you’ve done a little bit of embroidery before or have your phone or computer handy to look up the stitches. Some came with instructions for the wrong stitches or instructions that seem to be a much harder way of sewing the stitch. The internet is your friend in that regard! I’m still very new to embroidery so I can’t speak to the quality of the thread or needles, though both seem to work fine for me and needles are plenty sharp (I have some cuts and pokes on my hand as proof). I do like the plastic hoop that it comes with. I’ve used a wooden one and initially thought that the plastic one wouldn’t work well and was disappointed when I saw it was plastic. I used it anyway and love it. It holds the fabric tight so well and I rarely have to tighten it as I work on my project. The wooden one the fabric came loose much more. I wouldn’t use this plastic one as a frame to display it but for actually doing the embroidery it works very well. I’ve been framing the completed projects in dollar store frames and they look great!

This is a great value for the money and great quality. The only thing i will say is on the flower pot one there were bright blue lines to follow so of you miss a spot you can see and the middle pot tassle couldn’t just hang like the picture because of the blue lines, also on on of the other one’s you can see japanese/chinese writing in the embroidery ring so if you were to leave it in the ring when you are done you will see writing. Overall i would buy again.

So much fun! This was my first time embroidering and this kit was perfect. The only thing I would recommend would be to look up a video of each stitch if you need further direction. But it comes with a picture of what the finished product should look like and instructions for each stitch.

Looking for an alternative to constantly Instagram-ing and FBing, decided to give this a try. Full disclosure: I can sew a basic stitch, knit a little, and write in cursive. But I’ve never done this type of craft before. Well, not to toot my own horn, but did you see the attached photos!?!? Note that I added some details not mandated by the printed template: the bee, more detail on the flowers, filled in petals, etc. Took about 3, 4 days a couple of hours at a time. It was fun, easy, and very satisfying upon completion. Highly recommended for anyone with slight craft-minded intentions.

Finally! A beginner level craft kit that has simple instructions! I’m somebody that likes to try new things, but gives up in the middle of a project. I thought I would have the same issue with this, but I absolutely love it. I just started on the last design that is included in this kit. First one took me a little over a week, and the second one I finished in just a couple of days. The more practice I got out of this, I find myself coming up with my own ideas of what to do next once this is complete. I came across minor issues along the way, but it was only because I’m a lefty, and there’s a couple videos online that are specifically for left handed folk like myself that are super helpful. They make wonderfully cute little gifts! Gave my first one to my mom, and plan to give my second piece to my grandmother.

During quarantine I realized how much I miss doing projects that were assigned to me. Now i have to pick up my pants and assign one to myself. That’s how I felt when I bought this. I saw it as an opportunity to have homework at the end of each day but something that is fun and creative. This set is definitely worth the money and is a lot of fun. 5 days later and I finished 1! But that was due to sheer excitement and not wanting to stop. I recommend this to those wanting to pick this back up. I dont think its really for beginners as the instructions were ok. I had to rely on my memory and fact check with videos. So, 4/5 for beginning levels.

Loved this. It was easy to do with the printed design on it. I know how to sew well, but had never done this type of embroidery before. I completely skipped separating the strands (3 strands, 4 strands) but it turned out good. I see a few people saying their design had an extra number printed on the cloth and just want to let everyone know you have to wash it after completing the design. This should be in the instructions. I just let it soak in a sink of water for a few minutes when I had finished it and the ink came right out. Definitely worth the buy.
